How we work
Agile, project-based work
Each project runs in short iterations around an agreed scope. Priorities are set with the customer, progress is shown in regular demonstrations, and the whole team shares responsibility for quality.
Quality work is shared among the engineers and coordinated through delivery, rather than handed to a separate department.
Clear requirements
Work starts from written journeys and acceptance criteria agreed with the customer, so every role builds toward the same result.
Shared engineering reviews
Code and design changes are reviewed across disciplines, which keeps interfaces, APIs and data consistent with each other.
Delivery with verification
Each release is checked against its acceptance criteria and prepared through a repeatable deployment before it is handed over.
